Service Leadership Program

Become a Leader Who Serves

At the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, the Service Leadership Program gives you more than just leadership training — it connects you to Saint Louis University’s Jesuit mission and our deep commitment to community engagement.

As a service leader, you will grow into an ethical, forward-thinking leader with strong technical and critical thinking skills. You will learn what it means to lead through service and make social change a central part of your life and career.

Since 1996, SLU students in the program have completed over 150,000 hours of service. You will have the chance to volunteer with impactful organizations across St. Louis, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Food Outreach, Loyola Academy, Ronald McDonald House, SLU’s Campus Kitchen, and many others.

Ready to lead with purpose? Join a community of students making a real difference on campus and beyond.
