The technical sessions of the 2013 SLINN conference focus on nanomedicine, nanotechnology, and nanomaterials, and we are pleased to highlight a session dedicated to 4-minute “elevator pitches” in a plenary session with the goals of showcasing ideas in nanotechnology being developed in the St. Louis region and connecting entrepreneurs with local resources.  
 
The 2013 SLINN symposium will be hosted on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus, Saturday, May 4, in the Millennium Student Center (MSC). Sessions begin at 8:30 a.m.; the day wraps up with a poster session and reception from 4:30  - 6p.m.
